Connies Rooftop pays tribute to the legacy of Connie Gumley, Corrimal Hotel’s most celebrated barmaid.

Pouring her first beer in 1961, Connie became a beloved figure over three decades, known for her wit, warmth, and no-nonsense charm. Affectionately called “mum” by locals, she helped shape the spirit of the venue before retiring in 1994. Today, Connies Rooftop honours her enduring legacy and the rich heritage of Corrimal Hotel, which first opened its doors in 1901.
