Reservation & Deposit
A deposit of $300 for the Station Bar or $400 for the Ivory Room must be made to confirm a reservation, along with credit card details and a signature. To receive your deposit back, there must be no damage to the room, and you must spend a minimum $1000 over the bar in the Station Bar, or a minimum of $1,200 over the bar in the Ivory Room. The amount can be spent by using a bar tab and/or by guests paying for their own drinks. Please note that if house policies are not followed, your deposit can be forfeited. We do not allow 18th birthday parties, and if the function is for a 21st birthday party, we require additional security at a cost to you of $150. Bucks nights and hens parties are accepted, but conditions apply. Children under the age of 18 are permitted in the functions rooms, but must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian at all times, and then only by special arrangement with management.
Cancellations
Unless extreme circumstances apply, cancellation will result in loss of deposit at the management's discretion.
Food & Beverages
The hotel does not permit any beverages to be brought into the venue. We allow nibblies to be brought into the venue, chips and dips etc, but all hot food must be ordered through our bistro. Birthday cakes are allowed.
Decorations & Entertainment
If you have special requirements, please advise management well in advance.
Responsible Service of Alcohol
The hotel practices the Responsible Service of Alcohol. Intoxicated guests will not be served. It is a requirement of law that intoxicated persons are removed from licensed premises. If the majority of guests are deemed intoxicated, management reserves the right to end the function. Alcohol must not be brought onto the premises or supplied to minors.
Insurance & Public Liability
Whilst all care is taken, the hotel will not take responsibility for any items brought into the venue by the hirer or guests. It is entirely the hirer's responsibility to provide this security. In addition, the hotel hereby advises the hirer, that it will not take responsibility for lawsuits or damages incurred by anyone.
